Rebuild After Water Damage in Everett

Sprinklers were set off on the fourth floor of this Everett Senior Living Facility. Gallons of water spread down four floors, damaging apartments (like this one), hallways and stairwells.

SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe assessed the damage and started water extraction immediately. We packed out residents to temporary living spaces for the duration of the restoration process. Our team then demolished water damaged areas, dried the affected areas and performed reconstruction services. Above is an example of the reconstruction services we provided. When the affected areas were dried and rebuilt we moved resident’s belongings back into the repaired units.
