Gallons of water damaged 20 apartments throughout four floors of this Everett senior living facility. SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe was called in quickly to begin the water extraction process. We packed out residents, demolished water damaged areas, dried affected areas and performed rebuild services. When the affected areas were dried and rebuilt, we moved resident’s belongings back into the repaired units.

A faulty battery charger started a fire in the maintenance room (shown above) at the Mill Creek YMCA. The fire only burned the maintenance room, but smoke and soot were pulled into the attic and throughout the building, affecting offices, bathrooms, the cardio and exercise room and the attic space.

This business flooded from a backed up storm drain behind the building. We went in and set up dehumidifiers and air movers, then let them run until the area was dried completely. A water main break in downtown Everett led to flooding in a storage unit facility. Our first step was to extract the water from the flooded areas. We then had to remove the affected contents so we could dry the area. We also worked to dry the individual unit’s wet contents.

No job is too large. The janitor at this Everett warehouse left Saturday afternoon and did not notice water leaking from the ceiling. Come Monday, the storefront, offices, restrooms, and the warehouse were flooded.
