Water Damage in Mill Creek Dental Office

The sprinkler head in the hallway environmental control closet malfunctioned in the early morning hours in this Mill Creek business. Gallons of water flooded this second story dental office and two other businesses in the building. The hallway (shown above), offices, operating areas, and break room were impacted by the flooding.

SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe extracted water, removed damaged carpet and drywall, and dried all affected areas. After drying, our team replaced drywall and flooring.
The waiting room and front operating room were both undamaged, allowing business to resume quickly while we dried and restored the rest of the business.
